1 Corinthians 13:1-3 (The Message) If I speak with human eloquence and angelic ecstasy but don't love, I'm nothing but the creaking of a rusty gate. If I speak God's Word with power, revealing all his mysteries and making everything plain as day, and if I have faith that says to a mountain, "Jump," and it jumps, but I don't love, I'm nothing. If I give everything I own to the poor and even go to the stake to be burned as a martyr, but I don't love, I've gotten nowhere. So, no matter what I say, what I believe, and what I do, I'm bankrupt without love.
Have you experienced love in your life? Have you ever been badly hurt by someone you love, or by someone you thought loved you? Or have you hurt someone you love or loves you and then felt deep sorry afterwards?
There is only one TRUE true which is available free of charge, with no ties attached, and that is the love of God. As the above bible verses says, we can go through our life doing good deeds and helping others, but if we don't truly know God's love in our lives we have achieved nothing.
God's love is everything - Accept God's love into your life today!

When we find something or someone we love, we never want to be separated from it/them. Our relationship with God should be no different, we must love God so much that we never want to be separated from Him.
Fortunately God promises us that if we love Him, we will never be separated from Him, ever!
Romans 8:38-39 (The Message) I'm absolutely convinced that nothing—nothing living or dead, angelic or demonic, today or tomorrow, high or low, thinkable or unthinkable—absolutely nothing can get between us and God's love because of the way that Jesus our Master has embraced us.
When you're down and struggling with what life throws your way, turn to Jesus, he will surround you with His love. He will lift make you strong and help you through.
I pray that 2010 will be a year full of many blessings, love and health for you. May you also experience the full extent of God's love in your life in this year too.
Can you imagine how Joseph felt when he found out Mary was expecting a baby?
Matthew 1:18-19 (The Message) The birth of Jesus took place like this. His mother, Mary, was engaged to be married to Joseph. Before they came to the marriage bed, Joseph discovered she was pregnant. (It was by the Holy Spirit, but he didn't know that.) Joseph, chagrined but noble, determined to take care of things quietly so Mary would not be disgraced.
At the time of Jesus' birth Joseph would have been frowned upon for marrying a woman who was pregnant outwith marriage. But Joseph believed in God. He believed that God had a plan for Mary and him to raise this child, the Christ child.
Mary and Joseph loved Jesus just as a mother and father should love their child. The song I've used above by Mercy Me portrays some of the thoughts and feelings Joseph must have had when Jesus was born. A beautiful song and a lovely presentation.
Be blessed by the love of God, our heavenly Father this Christmas.
Are you willing to let go of your past sins? Loving and serving God is a learned art and that's why we all have many failures along the way.
Allow God to forgive you, cleanse you from your sins, and fill you with the Holy Spirit. This will allow you to then serve the Lord more powerfully, so let go and let God.

There are no more words I can add to this, other than to say God does see you and He knows what you're going through and most of all He loves you, and always will.
This is how much God loved the world: He gave his Son, his one and only Son. And this is why: so that no one need be destroyed; by believing in him, anyone can have a whole and lasting life. God didn't go to all the trouble of sending his Son merely to point an accusing finger, telling the world how bad it was. He came to help, to put the world right again. Anyone who trusts in him is acquitted; anyone who refuses to trust him has long since been under the death sentence without knowing it. And why? Because of that person's failure to believe in the one-of-a-kind Son of God when introduced to him.

Please never forget that God loves you. Sometimes life may throw things our way which make us doubt God, but He is still there - He is always there, because He love each and every one of us.

In the same way that God can provide us with the great love we will ever know, He will also be kinder to us than anyone else we will ever know.
Don't take God's love of His great kindness for granted - Say thank you to God for the love and kindness He shows you each day.
Be inspired by God and show some kindness to others. By kind to those you don't know, the unloveable, the oppressed.
God will reward you in heaven for your kindness. God expects us to be kind to everyone, just as He is.
How much do you think God loves you? Do you even know that God loves you?
Think about the person or people in your life you love you most... God loves you more than that! Think about the person or people in your life you love you most and multiply a million times... God loves you more than that!
God loves me more than I could every comprehend. God loves you more than I'm sure you could ever comprehend.

What do you think of when you hear the word "majesty"? Here are some dictionary definitions:
The greatness and dignity of a sovereign.
The sovereignty and power of God.
Supreme authority or power
In other words, something awesome and wonderful, more powerful and mighty than man. All of which makes "majesty" a fantastic word to describe God and Jesus as they are greater than any other and certainly greater than anyone here on earth.
But despite being so awesome, God loves us unconditionally and is more than willing to forgive us of our sins, if only we'd ask Him to. Accept God's unconditional love today, it's a far greater love than you'll ever find from anyone else.

What's the greatest thing someone could ever do for you?
In my opinion the greatest thing someone could ever do for me is to willingly die for me, just because they love me!
It's difficult to comprehend how anyone could love me enough to die just for me. But hold on, someone has died just for me, because they love me...Jesus! Not only that, Jesus died not just because God loves me, but because he love you too.
God did the unthinkable and sacrificed His only son just because he loves us and wants us to be free. Repay God by loving Him too - He will love you forever.

God showed us just how much He loves us on that fateful day all those years ago, when Jesus, His son died on the cross at Calvary. What more could a father ever sacrifice than his one and only son.
Let God show you the way to the cross where you can kneel down before Him. When you do so, He will forgive you of every sin you have ever committed. He will then help and guide you through every day - He'll be there for you when you need Him most and will rejoice when you rejoice.
We live in a world where there's a lot of pressure to succeed at all we do. Sometimes there's so much pressure on us to succeed, it's not surprising when we fail. It can be soul destroying when we fail, particularly when we've put a lot of effort into the task. But just because we having achieve what we'd hoped, we shouldn't feel as though we're useless or indeed failed, because at the end of the day, the one person who matters, God, does not care about the results of your actions - He simply cares about your intentions that caused them and how much effort you put into them. So based on that put the effort into doing good, and don't get to despondent if you don't achieve what you hope to. God thinks you're a winner and loves you simply for putting in the effort!
