I can't cope without my time of quietness in the morning - not always necessarily reading my bible etc but just being still and absorbing the stillness and allowing God to speak to me. I have my favourite 'morning' chair and it's just divine to sit there with my 1st cuppa before the rest of the household (including the cats) arise.
